AREAA and GO ART cordially invite you to 2019 International Cultural Real Estate Awards (New York) in accordance with Suzhou Garden New York Project.

The Classical Gardens of Suzhou is a series of gardens in Suzhou region, Jiangsu province, China. The Suzhou gardens have been added to the UNESCO World Heritage List and are acknowledged to be gardening masterpieces and peak of the development of Chinese garden art. The Suzhou Gardens host international activities aiming to establish cultural exchanges and cooperation between various institutions and garden lovers around the world, hoping to provide diversified clues for the study and exploration of the ancient art of the Classical Gardens of Suzhou.

The Suzhou Garden New York Project is hosted by GO ART. GO ART and AREAA are co-hosting the 2019 International Real Estate Cultural Awards on April 18th from 6pm to 8 pm at China Institute, bringing art and real estate together to foster the civilization of a global city. Five real estate projects from China and the United States will receive the Global Cultural Real Estate Awards. Two Suzhou gardens will receive the International Cultural Ambassador Awards, and the International Cultural Communication Awards will be awarded to two individuals. A panel discussion of “Integration of Art and Real Estate” will be held after the award presentation. Five distinguished guests from the art, design, architecture and real estate development fields will address the unprecedented blend and symbiotic spirit of real estate, space, life, and urban civilization.
