Nestled amidst the charming cobblestone streets of Soho on Mercer Street, this expansive canvas spanning approximately 2,000 square feet beckons with dual south and west exposures, enveloped in a palette of minimalist sophistication, predominantly composed of soothing tones of white and beige.

Flexibility and Innovative Design
This loft epitomizes flexibility, boasting a unique square footprint designed to cater to diverse lifestyles. Presently configured with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it seamlessly could adapt to accommodate up to three bedrooms and three bathrooms, fostering a harmonious fusion of personal spaces and a sprawling central living and kitchen area.
